West Ham United lost 2-0 at Arsenal on Wednesday night – and pundit Steve McManaman spotted a moment where players were frustrated with Said Benrahma.

Arsenal had chances before the break but West Ham stood firm with Craig Dawson turning in a superb display.
The Gunners did break through after half-time though with Gabriel Martinelli slotting home from an Alexandre Lacazette pass.
West Ham pushed for a leveller but were then hit on the break with Emile Smith Rowe firing past Lukasz Fabianski.
That was that for West Ham, who just couldn’t haul themselves back into the game and were leapfrogged by Arsenal in the table.
McManaman spots Benrahma moment in West Ham defeat
David Moyes did make changes to try and get back into the game, bringing on Harrison Ashby and Said Benrahma.
Benrahma didn’t quite have the desired impact, and pundit McManaman spotted one moment where he frustrated teammates.
West Ham won a free-kick midway into the Arsenal half with eight minutes to play. The score was still 1-0 at this point, and this was a great chance to hit a long ball towards Craig Dawson, Issa Diop or Tomas Soucek.
Instead, Benrahma took it quickly and West Ham couldn’t create a chance.
McManaman (BT Sport, 83mins) noted that West Ham players weren’t particularly happy with Benrahma, feeling he should have waited and allowed for the ball to go into the box.
“West Ham are not particularly happy with Benrahma taking the free kick really quickly,” said McManaman. “They wanted to get bodies into the box and get the ball into the penalty area,” he added.
It’s just a small issue, but it’s maybe something for Benrahma to work on moving forward.
