Arsenal’s Kieran Gibbs in action
Arsenal have rejected an approach from West Ham to take Kieran Gibbs on loan for the rest of the season, according to the London Evening Standard. The newspaper claim that the 26-year-old was one of Slaven Bilic’s primary targets, but with the Gunners rejection, the Hammers will now be forced to explore other options.
Sky Sports have reported today that the Londoners have had a £3 million offer for Norwich City’s Martin Olsson rejected by the Canaries.

In other news, following on from West Ham’s reported interest in Mario Gomez, Fiorentina have reportedly made it known that they will accept offers of around £7 million for the German hitman, according to the London Evening Standard.
Meanwhile, Diafra Sakho’s future at the club remains uncertain, with the Daily Mail claiming that despite a deal being struck between West Ham and West Bromwich Albion, the player himself is yet to decide whether he wants to move to the Hawthorns or not.
