West Ham United are expected to be extremely busy during the transfer window this summer.
First up is news concerning the Hammers’ ongoing pursuit of Arsenal hitman Olivier Giroud, with the Mirror reporting that Slaven Bilic is urging his board to sanction a £20 million bid for the Frenchman, along with wages of £130,000 per week.
The newspaper claim that Arsene Wenger is ready to show the 30-year-old the exit door, in preparation for the arrival of Alexandre Lacazette at the Emirates.
Giroud joined the north London giants in the summer of 2012, for a fee believed to be in the region of £13 million, and has gone on to score 98 goals in 227 appearances.

Meanwhile, Bolton News claim that Bolton Wanderers are planning a double loan swoop for two of West Ham’s brightest talents.
Reece Burke and Josh Cullen are reportedly primary targets for the Trotters, as Phil Parkinson looks to build a squad capable of surviving in the Championship.
In other news, Turkish media outlet Haberturk are reporting that the Hammers have made a €10million (£8.8million) bid to sign Osmanlispor midfielder Papa Ndiaye.
The 26-year-old attacking midfielder would be a superb addition to Bilic’s side, as the Croatian looks to bulk up his attacking options.
And finally, the Sun are claiming that the east London outfit have agreed to meet the £24 million release clause of Sampdoria striker Luis Muriel.
The Colombian scored 13 goals and chipped in with five assists in 33 appearances for the Italians.
