David Moyes’s West Ham United have backed away from a move for Liverpool target Arnaut Danjuma, according to 90min.
West Ham United stance on Liverpool target Arnaut Danjuma
90min have reported that West Ham made an approach on Tuesday to discussing a deal with Villarreal for winger Danjuma.
However, the Hammers have now decided not to pursue a deal for the former Bournemouth winger, according to the report.
The report has claimed that ‘there are concerns among management over whether Danjuma is the right fit for West Ham moving forward, and the club, as it stands, are backing away from a deal’.
West Ham’s reported stance on the 25-year-old will come as a boost for Liverpool in their quest to sign the Netherlands international.

Goal have reported that Liverpool are looking at the 25-year-old as a potential replacement for Sadio Mane.
Senegal international forward Mane has joined Bayern Munich from Liverpool in the summer transfer window.
Stats
Arnaut Danjuma did well for Villarreal last season, and we are not surprised that Liverpool and West Ham have been linked with the winger.
Danjuma, who can play as a centre-forward or out wide, made 17 starts and six substitute appearances in La Liga for the Yellow Submarine last season.
The attacker scored one goal and gave one assist in those games.
