West Ham United have been strongly linked with a move for the player, but many believe that Crystal Palace could beat them to it.
West Ham United fans suspect that one of their summer targets could be bound for Crystal Palace instead.
The Hammers have been strongly linked with a move for Joe Hart over the past 24 hours, with The Sun reporting [12 July, page 51] they are in advanced talks to sign him from Manchester City.

City, though, are said to be holding out for the permanent transfer of England’s number one – which could open the door to other clubs.
And Palace may be one of them, according to some West Ham fans on Twitter…
Crystal Palace sold Steve Mandanda back to Marseille on Tuesday, leaving them with only Wayne Hennessey and Julian Speroni in Hart’s position.
And Eagles fans certainly aren’t disputing their West Ham counterparts’ claims….
The Sun is also reporting [12 July, page 51] that West Ham have turned down an approach from Middlesbrough for one of their current goalkeepers, Darren Randolph.
Randolph lost his place to Adrian San Miguel towards the end of last season, though the report suggests that Hart’s arrival would make the Spaniard likely to leave instead.
