The winger says he is confident of beating any full-back on his day.
West Ham United star Michail Antonio has told Goal he believes that no full-back can handle him if he is on his game.
The winger enjoyed a superb first season with the Hammers last year following a move from Nottingham Forest in the summer.
He was a key player in Slaven Bilic’s side as they impressed under his leadership and secured a European place in the process.
That form did not go unnoticed either as Sam Allardyce handed him a call-up to the England squad for the clash with Slovakia.
On his day he has proved to be one of the most effective wide men in the Premier League and he says he is confident that no full-back can handle him at his best.
“I don’t feel that any full-back can handle me if I do it constantly because I know I’ve got the ability to beat them,” he told Goal.
“This is because if I don’t beat them for pace then I can beat them for strength, if I can’t beat them for strength then I’ll beat them for pace.”
Antonio will now be keen for West Ham to use him on the wing as often as possible to ensure he can continue the fine form that has propelled him into the England squad.
He has been used at right-back at times but with the signing of Alvaro Arbeloa in the summer transfer window, that seems unlikely to happen again any time soon.
