Manuel Lanzini returned to West Ham’s side against Liverpool last time out.

West Ham United playmaker Manuel Lanzini has told the club’s official website that he is “feeling good” after returning to the Hammers side during last weekend’s defeat to Liverpool.
Lanzini, 25, had missed three of the Hammers’ previous Premier League fixtures after suffering a hamstring injury in the 1-1 draw against Bournemouth. But he returned to play just under an hour of West Ham’s 4-1 loss at Anfield.
Now, the two-time Argentina international is expected to retain his place in the starting line-up on Saturday, as the Hammers travel to north Wales to face Swansea City in a huge clash in terms of the Premier League relegation battle.

The former River Plate star said that he reckons he is 100 per cent fit following the muscle injury, which saw him miss the draw against Crystal Palace, loss to Brighton and win over Watford.
“I’m very happy to be back with the team, but I was not happy with the result last Saturday. I want to help the team now,” Lanzini said. “I am feeling good. The recovery was very smooth and I think I’m ready to train hard and am 100 per cent fit.
“Of course, I feel a big responsibility to the team, but I want this responsibility and I like it. When you have the number ten shirt on and you are one of the creative players in the team, you need to take this responsibility.”

Lanzini has been crucial for the Hammers this season, almost single-handedly providing his side’s creativity in the final third for the likes of Marko Arnautovic, Andy Carroll and Javier Hernandez to thrive upon.
He has had a hand in nine goals during his 19 Premier League appearances, scoring three times but has proved more effective in creating goals – laying on six assists for his teammates. Fans will be hoping for an increase in that tally against Swansea.
