Marko Arnautovic joined West Ham United in the summer of 2017.

The 29-year-old, who can operate as a forward or as a winger and joined the London club from Stoke City in the summer of 2017, has been playing well for West Ham in recent weeks.
The Austria international has been a key figure in the Hammers staving off relegation to the Championship, scoring 10 goals and providing five assists in 27 Premier League starts.

Arnautovic, who earns £100,000 per week as salary according to Spotrac.com, has revealed what West Ham manager Moyes told him about his game.
BBC Sport quotes Arnautovic as saying: “He told me if you don’t work hard you won’t play, and it made it click in my head, so if you see my stats you will see I run a lot.”

Improvement
Arnautovic is a very talented player, but the main problem with the Austrian has been that he has not always been consistent.
The 29-year-old former Stoke star, though, has improved in that aspect for the Hammers and has been scoring some important goals this season.
If West Ham want to establish themselves in the top eight or the top six of the Premier League, then Arnautovic will have to be consistent and turn up in the big games.
