West Ham star is determined to do better.

West Ham let a lead slip at the weekend against Crystal Palace to lose 2-1 at home.
It means the club head into the international break in 8th, when a win could have put them as high as 4th.
Sebastien Haller scored West Ham’s goal, his fourth strike in seven Premier League games.
It has been a solid start for the Frenchman, who the club signed for £45 million from Eintracht Frankfurt in the summer.
But still Haller was not happy, and told West Ham’s website he was annoyed, and firstly with himself.
“We missed some chances, me first, and I should have been more efficient but that’s football, unfortunately, we conceded some goals and it’s very frustrating, especially at home.
“Like I said, it’s really frustrating and we think we should have taken at least one point. It would have been the normal thing.”

Positive approach
Haller’s comments show he is taking responsibility, and has high standards, not just for himself but for the team.
It is clear that he cares, and it seems West Ham have signed a leader as well as just a goalscorer.
His desire to improve and do better next time can rub off on his teammates and inspire the team to better results.
His start at the club has been encouraging, and over the international break he will no doubt be working hard on his game, determined to take out his frustration on West Ham’s next opponents.
Against an Everton side who have struggled with set pieces, Haller could have a field day.
