West Ham United should challenge Borussia Dortmund for the Celtic hitman.

West Ham have struggled in their player recruitment over the past few years, but by signing Celtic hitman Moussa Dembele, they would buck their worrying recent trend of bringing in players who are well past their best.
According to the Scottish Daily Record, Borussia Dortmund are interested in signing the 21-year-old striker, but the Hammers should throw their hat into the ring, and attempt to bring him to the London Stadium.
Dembele moved to Parkhead from Fulham in the summer of 2016, and he has gone on to really impress in the Scottish Premiership, chalking up 48 goals in 88 appearances in all competitions.

At the age of just 21 too, the Frenchman will only get better…
He is powerful, strong in the air and possesses blistering pace – all qualities that West Ham have lacked through the middle over the past few years.
Dembele would be a wonderful strike partner for Marko Arnautovic, but more importantly, his arrival in east London would be a massive statement of intent from the Hammers.

It would also signify that West Ham are planning for the future…finally.
The Scottish Daily Record claim that Celtic will demand at least £25 million for the 21-year-old, and in today’s day and age, that would represent excellent value for the Hammers.
Dembele could go on to become a real star, and he would be an undoubted hit at the London Stadium.
With Dortmund leading the race to sign him, though, Pellegrini must act fast.
