West Ham need to bring in new signings and have been linked with a Bournemouth midfielder.

It seems very likely that new West Ham United manager David Moyes will be heavily active in the January transfer window as he desperately tries to save the club from relegation.
Languishing in 18th place in the Premier League table and having lost three of their last four Premier League games, it is clear that West Ham’s squad requires an injection of quality.
As reported by the Mirror, West Ham are considering making an approach for Bournemouth midfielder Harry Arter.

Arter has proven himself as a dependable performer in the Premier League this season and, while this wouldn’t exactly be seen as a marquee signing, it is definitely a deal that would benefit West Ham.
So often this season West Ham have lacked cohesion and they have often found it difficult to retain possession.

Arter could help to address both of those issues, with the Irishman excellent at keeping play ticking over and enabling his side to build up momentum.
With Mark Noble having been unconvincing this season, Arter seems to be an excellent choice to replace him and could provide West Ham with a greater sense of balance.
