The winger has barely featured for the West Ham first-team this season.

Sead Haksabanovic may be part of the West Ham United first-team squad, but it seems rather clear that the prospect is still some way away from being considered for regular action.
The talented young winger has made just one competitive senior appearance for West Ham since joining from Halmstads in the summer, with that appearance coming against Bolton Wanderers in the third round of the Carabao Cup.

Since then, Haksabanovic has featured for West Ham at U23 level, while the 18-year-old has also been amongst the substitutes in the Premier League.
However, he was left unused on the bench as West Ham were beaten by Arsenal in the Carabao Cup last night, and, with the Hammers now out of the competition, it is difficult to envisage him getting much, or indeed any, first-team game time in the near future.

Although he is still rather young, perhaps the best option for West Ham to take at present would be to loan out Haksabanovic, with the Montenegro international still needing to adapt to the rigours of English football.
Playing regularly for a lower league side would certainly accelerate his development, and Haksabanovic could then return to West Ham ready to make a major impact next season.
