West Ham United’s Ryan Fredericks starred on Saturay.

West Ham United picked up a 3-0 win on Saturday afternoon, hammering Southampton at the London Stadium in their last home game of the season.
The Hammers were in great spirits after beating Tottenham Hotspur 1-0, and they followed that up with another win and another clean sheet.
Marko Arnautovic ended his four-month goal drought with the opener, finishing Mark Noble’s through ball to put the Hammers in front.
Arnautovic then added a second after the break, before Ryan Fredericks grabbed his first Premier League goal for the Hammers with the third.
West Ham were superb against an already-safe Southampton, and two players were named in Alan Shearer’s Team of the Week as a result.

Midfielder Noble and attacker Arnautovic made Shearer’s team, but there was bizarrely no place for Fredericks, despite his outstanding attacking performance.
West Ham’s official Twitter account was left completely bemused, questioning just how Fredericks didn’t make it into the team, even though Liverpool’s Trent Alexander-Arnold got in at right back for two assists.
