West Ham United goalkeeper Darren Randolph has responded to Liverpool youngster Caoimhin Kelleher’s post on Instagram following the match against Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Kelleher has taken to Instagram to revel in Liverpool’s 4-0 win against Wolves at Anfield in the Premier League on Sunday evening.

It was also the Republic of Ireland Under-21 international goalkeeper’s first competitive appearance in the Premier League.

It saw the youngster keep his place in the Reds’ starting lineup, having played in Liverpool’s 1-0 win against Ajax in the Champions League last week.

West Ham and Republic of Ireland international goalkeeper Randolph has congratulated Kelleher, who is a rising star at Liverpool and could be a long-term successor to Alisson, who was injured for the past two games and is one of the best goalkeepers in the world.

Former Tottenham Hotspur and England international striker Gary Lineker was following the match last night, and he was impressed by the display produced by the 22-year-old.

Liverpool are second in the Premier League table at the moment with 24 points from 11 matches, level on points with leaders Tottenham Hotspur.

Randolph responded: “@caoimhinkelleher98 Congratulations cat! 🇮🇪 💚 many more to come!”
