West Ham United are currently sitting comfortably in mid table.
West Ham United’s Robert Snodgrass with manager Slaven Bilic
Hammers new-boy Robert Snodgrass sat down for an exclusive interview with the club’s official website, and highlighted how impressed he has been with the high expectation levels at the club, as opposed to what he experienced during his time with Hull City.
The 29-year-old made the move to West Ham from the Tigers during the January transfer window, for a fee believed to be in the region of £10 million, and has since gone on to make five appearances for Slaven Bilic’s side.
He hasn’t quite made the impact expected of him as yet, however, but he will need time to settle down in East London and get used to playing with his new teammates.
And the Scotland international told WHUFC.com how he has been impressed with the ambition of the club since joining, highlighting the differences between the Hammers and his previous club:

“The size of the club, it’s huge. The training here is different and I you have got that feel that you are chasing the top half in the table, whereas Hull we were always thinking about relegations – they are different mindsets. To come here has been superb.”
Next up on the agenda for the East London outfit is a trip to the south coast to take on Bournemouth tomorrow, and a win will take them back inside the top half of the table, with Southampton not in action this weekend.
