West Ham target is struggling at Lyon.

A year ago West Ham were reported to be keen on signing Moussa Dembele from Celtic, the Evening Standard reported.
Celtic hung onto Dembele, before eventually selling him to Lyon this summer.
Dembele got his wish to join a club in the Champions League – but it has not quite been all it has been cracked up to be.
He was dropped from Lyon’s squad to face Manchester City last night, having sat on the bench to face them in the previous game.
Goal France report Dembele is struggling to fit into Lyon’s system, with Memphis Depay offering so much more as a forward.
This comes just months after the striker forced an exit from Celtic to sign with the French side for £19.7 million.
West Ham could look to seize on this as a second chance.

Javier Hernandez has been a disappointment since joining the club and he is being linked with a January exit from the club (via ESPN).
Hernandez is among West Ham’s highest earners and they should consider replacing him.
If there is a chance they can convince Lyon to sell Dembele early then they must seize it.
Dembele, 22, is eight years younger than Hernandez and has the potential to be one of Europe’s top strikers in the right scenario.
It may already be the case that he needs a fresh start, with it not quite clicking at Lyon.
