Jack Wilshere’s West Ham United future is well and truly up in the air, and David Moyes has done little to quash talk of an exit.
Following the Irons’ 3-0 Carabao Cup win over Charlton on Tuesday, the former Manchester United boss told the Standard ‘I don’t know’ when asked if Wilshere would be staying.
‘I don’t know, I don’t know but we just have to wait and see don’t we.’
The Times reported that the Hammers are keen to offload the ex-Arsenal midfielder, who earns £100k-a-week at the London Stadium.
Interestingly, the report also states that the ex-Arsenal man would be open to a move away if any potential suitors come in for him.
The England international made the move to east London in 2018, but has only managed 18 first-team appearances for the club due to injury problems.

The 28-year-old was supposed to play against the Addicks, or at least be around the squad according to Moyes, but he could not feature after rolling his ankle in training.
Josh Cullen took his place and shone against Lee Bowyer’s men; the side where he has spent the last two campaigns on loan.

You would have hoped that Moyes could give some clarity on the situation.
However, he has only plunged Wilshere’s West Ham future into more doubt with his far from convincing verdict on the midfielder.
