But he is not yet the finished article, as was evident throughout his struggles during a loan spell at Blackburn Rovers throughout the first part of the current season.

Now he is back at London Road however and hoping to find his form yet again.

He posted this message on Twitter after making his second debut for the club, as he hopes to push on and take the club to promotion:

The 19-year-old’s excellent form for Peterborough last season helped him earn his first senior cap for the Norwegian national team. He even scored his first goal in a 4-1 against San Marino back in October.

West Ham fans will be hoping he can find his best form again in familiar surroundings, before going on to become a star at the London Stadium.
