West Ham United are reportedly in the fight for ZIto Luvumbo.

Zito Luvumbo may not be a household name, but he’s taken another step towards stardom in recent days.
The 17-year-old attacker currently plays for Angolan side 1º de Agosto, and his potential resulted in a trial with Manchester United earlier this year.
Luvumbo has been impressing in senior football of late despite his age, and he remarkably made his debut for Angola’s senior side on Friday.
Angola beat Gambia 1-0 in a World Cup qualifier, with Wilson Pinto Gaspar scoring the only goal of the game for the visitors.
On 78 minutes, Angola took off Petro Luanda’s Herenilson and brought on Luvumbo, so with seven minutes of added time, the teenager ended up playing nearly 20 minutes for his country.
The news was covered extensively in Angola, and ANGOP noted that West Ham are still in the race for the winger’s signature, alongside Lille and Boavista.

West Ham will have surely been keeping tabs on Luvumbo’s progress of late, and seeing him earn a first senior cap for Angola is a real sign of his talent.
Angola may not be a football powerhouse, but Luvumbo is already good enough to mix it with Lazio’s Bastos, Lille’s Manuel Cafumana and Braga’s Wilson Eduardo, which may just show West Ham that he’s worth bringing in for the future.
