The Bees remain in the hunt for new signings though, especially with playmaker Christian Eriksen looking set for a move to Manchester United.
Brentford’s recruitment is always on point and they now appear to have snapped up one of the Championship’s top talents.

Sky Sports report that Hull winger Lewis-Potter has left the club’s training camp in Turkey in order to fly to London.
Lewis-Potter is heading for a medical with Brentford after the Bees agreed a deal worth £16million rising to £20million.
Lewis-Potter is keen on joining Brentford and whilst personal terms haven’t yet been agreed, they seemingly won’t be a problem.
Brentford were desperate to sign Lewis-Potter in January but couldn’t get a deal done; they appear to have landed their man this time.
Lewis-Potter, 21, has been simply outstanding in his last two seasons with Hull.
The winger has notched 25 goals and eight assists in the last two Championship campaigns with the Tigers, sparking Premier League interest.
90Min reported in June that West Ham were leading the race to sign Lewis-Potter having chased him for much of 2022.
The idea was that Lewis-Potter would make the move from Hull to West Ham and hopefully become another Jarrod Bowen.
Yet Brentford didn’t pack down and continued to push for a deal and have now beaten the Hammers to Lewis-Potter unless there is a shock U-turn.
Hull coach Craig Fagan compared Lewis-Potter to Eden Hazard and Brentford will now be hoping to see him become a star, unleashing him against West Ham next season and beyond.
