West Ham United fans have been reacting after a club insider lifted the lid on the colour of their new third kit.

West Ham fans love to see a bit of effort made with their kits whether they respect tradition, go retro or try to be original.
It is all change for the Hammers this summer with new manager Manuel Pellegrini coming in and transfers
And West Ham have all new kits as well with Umbro releasing their penultimate set of strips before their deal with the club expires in 2020.
The Hammers revealed their new home and away strips last week, as announced on the club’s official website.
The home is the traditional claret but with a blue sleeve trim rather than blue sleeves.

The away ‘breaks new ground’ with a dark teal being used for the first time alongside dark teal shorts and yellow socks – which have raised eyebrows among the club’s supporters.
Supporters have been wondering whether the club, as it has for some years now, would be releasing a third kit.
And West Ham Twitter insider EXWHUemployee claims there will be one and it will be grey.
That shirt colour evokes memories of England’s Euro 96 change strip and Manchester United’s grey kit – which they famously changed when losing 3-0 at half-time against Southampton back in the same year.

Then manager Sir Alex Ferguson famously claimed the players could not see each other against the crowd in the bright April sunshine.
It is not yet clear whether West Ham’s kit will be light or dark grey but fans have been reacting nonetheless.
“Yes I think it’s grey,” EXWHUemployee said on Twitter when asked if West Ham will have a third strip next season.
And here’s how Hammers fans have reacted to that news.
