West Ham United could make a move for Torino striker Andrea Belotti if Newcastle United make a bid for Sassuolo striker Gianluca Scamacca, according to The Sun.
The report in the British tabloid has claimed that West Ham are interested in signing Scamacca from Sassuolo in the summer transfer window.
The Italy international is valued at £25 million.
Newcastle United are also interested in Scamacca, and so are AC Milan and Inter Milan.
So, according to the report, if Newcastle make bids for the 23-year-old and drive his price up, then West Ham could turn to Torino captain Belotti.
The Italian striker is out of contract at Torino this summer and is available on a free transfer.
