West Ham United fans are seriously concerned on Twitter after the club uploaded a video of their star man hitting the crossbar from halfway on Twitter, which sees him limping after jogging off.

The Hammers face bitter rivals Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday afternoon in what is another hotly-anticipated clash between the two sides, with West Ham looking to keep their strong recent record up against Mauricio Pochettino’s side.

Arnautovic, 29, has been in excellent form for the east Londoners this season, scoring four goals in seven top-flight outings and has even captained the side on two occasions in the absence of Mark Noble.

But West Ham’s Twitter account has worried fans after posting they posted a video of Arnautovic slamming the crossbar from way out, before jogging off with what seemed to be a limp.

Arnautovic admitted while on international duty that he is struggling with a permanent knee injury due to bruising on the bone, meaning he has to have two or three days off after a match – which prevents him from training as much as he should.

West Ham fans reacted on Twitter to the video, with the majority worried ahead of Saturday’s clash against Spurs in whatis a vitally important fixture in terms of bragging rights.
