The West Ham United ace was in superb form once again yesterday.

West Ham ace Felipe Anderson spoke to reporters after his side’s superb 3-0 win away at Newcastle United yesterday, and offered high words of praise for the travelling fans, labelling them as ‘incredible’, as quoted by the club’s official website.

The Hammers desperately needed all three points yesterday after making a fairly underwhelming start to their Premier League campaign, and they now sit in 13th spot in the table, just seven points adrift of sixth place.

Anderson himself has been a rare shining light for West Ham this term, scoring five goals in 14 Premier League outings so far, and he has already shown why it took over £40 million to bring him to the London Stadium.

The Brazilian was quite simply brilliant against the Magpies yesterday, and he was cheered on during the entire match by the 3,000 travelling Hammers fans.

Anderson didn’t hold back in his praise for the away support at St James’ Park yesterday, when speaking to reporters, as quoted by the club’s official website:

“The fans are incredible! Always supporting, at home and away, even with this cold! The atmosphere in the games that they create is amazing and I’m very happy for their support and to be able to count on them.”

West Ham will surely be looking to crack the top eight this season, and if they are to do just that, Anderson will have to be on his very best form between now and May.

Next up for the Hammers is a home game against Cardiff City on Tuesday, and Pellegrini’s men will be desperate to win the match, and in doing so, record back-to-back Premier League wins for the first time this season.
