Liverpool’s Rhian Brewster is very much an East London boy.

Liverpool striker Rhian Brewster has been touted for a bright future, and he may well get a chance with the Reds this season.
The 19-year-old joined Liverpool from Chelsea back in 2014, and having hit 20 goals in 23 games for England’s Under-17’s, Brewster has picked up a reputation as a big talent.
First-team football has been hard to come by, especially with injury woes last season, but Jurgen Klopp appears to have high hopes for the striker.
Now, he’s taken to Twitter after digging through some old photos, and posted a snap of him as a kid, together with Steven Gerrard during his time with Liverpool.
Eagle-eyed fans also spotted that the photo was taken at Upton Park, and Brewster was wearing a West Ham United jacket too.
The striker was born in Chadwell Heath, very close to the old Upton Park stadium and to West Ham’s new home, with the Hammers even scouting him as a kid.
No move materialised, but having seen him in a West Ham coat at Upton Park, Hammers fans have been urging Brewster to ‘come home’.
Some think he can solve West Ham’s long-running striking problems, believing that he should be with his local side rather than with Liverpool whilst urging him to ditch the sidelines at Liverpool for first-team action at West Ham.
