West Ham United’s early-season troubles have subsided somewhat in recent weeks.

The Argentine defender is widely cherished by the Hammers faithful and has made a huge impression since his move from Manchester City in 2017.

However, Zabaleta has reportedly been considering retirement at the end of the season, according to Spanish outlet Sport, with his contract up at the end of the season.
