The Hammers ace Chicharito helped El Tri beat Paraguay 4-2 in California.

West Ham United striker Javier Hernandez scored to help Mexico record a 4-2 win over Paraguay in Tuesday’s international friendly at the Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California.
After El Tri earned a 3-1 win over Chile in Gerardo Martino’s managerial debut on Friday, they kept up their impressive form with another victory against a South American opponent.
Mexico raced into a 3-0 lead in the opening 25 minutes, Jonathan dos Santos pouncing on to a misguided header from Bruno Valdez to score his first goal for the national team on six minutes.
The second came just three minutes later when Hernandez’s through ball found Erick Gutierrez, whose delivery was steered by Gustavo Gomez into his own net, and Chicharito then added a third after latching on to Dos Santos’s through ball.
Paraguay pulled a goal back through Hernan Perez on the hour mark, while Derlis Gonzalez scored the 85th to set up a nervy finish, but Luis Montes made sure of victory with a fourth for Mexico in stoppage time.

Following his goal, Hernandez celebrated by emulating basketball star LeBron James’s signature move, known as The Silencer, the Mexico Twitter account posting a picture of Chicharito mid-celebration and tagging James:
