Jordan Hugill was left out of the West Ham squad on Sunday afternoon.

West Ham United ended their season on Sunday afternoon with a 3-1 home win over Everton, finishing up in 13th place in the Premier League table.
The Hammers had already secured their Premier League status after a battle agianst the drop, but turned in a superb final day display, with Manuel Lanzini opening the scoring in the first half.
Marko Arnautovic powered home a second, and whilst Oumar Niasse did pull one back for Everton, Lanzini curled home a third to seal all three points for West Ham.
It was a mostly positive day for the Hammers, but one source of bemusement was the continued absence of striker Jordan Hugill, who wasn’t even named on the bench by David Moyes.

Hugill, 25, was signed from Preston North End on deadline day in January, with BBC Sport reporting that a £10million fee was paid to the Championship club in a surprise move for the former non-league striker.
However, since making the move to East London, Hugill has barely featured, as he hasn’t started a single game and has played just 22 minutes of Premier League action.
Hugill took to Twitter on Sunday evening to reflect on his 2018, and took the positives be celebrating that he finishing a season as a Premier League player for the first time, and believes he will continue to get better and better.
West Ham fans responded by suggesting that they love Hugill’s attitude and wished he was given playing time against Everton, but backed him to be a success next season after a full pre-season with West Ham after months of being overlooked by Moyes.
