Former West Ham United attacker Zavon Hines hung up his boots.

Former West Ham United man Zavon Hines has announced that he has been forced to retire from football.
The 30-year-old, who began his career at West Ham, made the revelation on Twitter earlier today, claiming that he was following ‘medical advice’ by hanging up his boots.
Hines, a former England Under-21 international, made 22 Premier League appearances for the Irons, scoring once – a 94th-minute winner against Aston Villa in 2010.
The Jamaica-born striker also managed a couple of League Cup goals – including one extra-time goal against bitter London rivals Millwall back in 2009, which tied him to the club forever.
Here is how West Ham fans responded to his heartbreaking message:
Hines was most recently on the books at Bromley, having joined the National League side in December following a release from Chesterfield.
He managed six goals in 17 league appearances for the Spireites.
Since leaving West Ham in 2011, Hines has played for Burnley, Bournemouth, Bradford City, Dagenham and Redbridge, Southend United and Maidstone United.
