Robert Snodgrass was superb as West Ham United drew with the Premier League leaders.

A number of West Ham fans have taken to Twitter to laud Robert Snodgrass for his performance during the Hammers’ 1-1 draw with Liverpool at the London Stadium on Monday night.
Manuel Pellegrini’s side ended their losing run with a superb display against the Premier League leaders, with Michail Antonio cancelling out Sadio Mane’s controversial opener.
Liverpool dominated possession, but West Ham had more attempts and Lukasz Fabianski was able to enjoy a fairly quiet evening given the quality of the opposition.
Snodgrass was part of a midfield three alongside Declan Rice and Mark Noble, and was superb in that role. Whoscored shows that he successfully completed 20 of his 24 passes on the night, but four of those were key ones. Only James Milner provided more, while Felipe Anderson was also able to contribute four.

And his seemingly endless running has led to the Hammers fans on social media heaping praise upon the Scotland international, with many naming Snodgrass as their man of the match.
It has been a remarkable turnaround at West Ham for the 31-year-old. He is not a player that often grabs the headlines, but he is establishing himself as a hugely important part of Manuel Pellegrini’s side, and deserves all of the credit coming his way.

Here is how some of the supporters reacted to the midfielder’s display…
