West Ham United and Bournemouth went head-to-head this weekend with the Cherries coming out on top.

West Ham United crashed to a 3-2 defeat away to Bournemouth on Saturday with goals from Michail Antonio and Andre Ayew ultimately counting for nothing after Josh King completed a hat-trick for the Cherries.

The Hammers took the lead early in the match before equalising late on but just when a point apiece looked the most likely outcome, King popped up with his third to ensure Bournemouth built on their 1-1 draw with Manchester United last time out.

West Ham manager Slaven Bilic continued to persevere with skipper Mark Noble in the centre of the park while playing Cheikhou Kouyate at right-back, and both decisions prompted plenty of discussion on social media.

Noble has come in for criticism from a section of West Ham’s fan base all season while no one thinks the decision to play Kouyate out of position – rather than alongside Pedro Obiang – is a good idea, especially with right-back Sam Byram overlooked time and again.

After the match we took to Twitter to see what West Ham fans thought of Bilic’s latest decisions and you can read a selection of what we found below:
