West Ham United are trying to make improvements on their 60,000 capacity stadium.

West Ham shared plans to bring the seating at the London Stadium closer to the pitch via their official club website this morning, and some Hammers fans took to Twitter in response to the news.

The east London outfit moved into their 60,000 capacity stadium from Upton Park in the summer of 2016, but two-and-a-half years later, they still don’t seem to have settled at their new home.

The atmosphere at the London Stadium has often been criticised by the West Ham fanbase, with many bemoaning the fact that the seats are so far away from the pitch.

That could all be set to change, however.

The Hammers shared their plans to bring the seating from both the Sir Trevor Brooking and Bobby Moore Stands closer to the pitch, via their official website, in an effort to enhance the atmosphere at the stadium.
