Could Javier Hernandez leave West Ham United in the summer transfer window?

West Ham United fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to Javier Hernandez’s recent comments about his future.
Hernandez has suggested that he could leave West Ham in the summer transfer window and will decide on his future after the 2018 World Cup finals in Russia.
Sky Sports quotes the former Manchester United striker as saying: ”Of course I am a West Ham player still, but we’ll see.
“Right now what can I tell you? I’m glad there’s a new manager? I’m sad there’s a new manager? It’s not the moment to speak about this. My mind is 100 per cent on the World Cup.”
Hernandez has been on the books of West Ham since the summer of 2017 when he joined from Bayer Leverkusen for a transfer fee stated on the London club’s official website to be worth £16 million.

The 29-year-old striker could make only 16 starts and made 12 substitute appearances in the Premier League for West Ham this past season, scoring eight goals in the process.
The Mexico international failed to establish himself as the first-choice striker at the Hammers under then-manager David Moyes.
