Former West Ham star Payet featured for Marseille in their Europa League quarter-final second-leg tie against Leipzig at home on Thursday evening.
The 31-year-old, who can operate as an attacking midfielder or as a winger, was superb for the Ligue 1 outfit, who wont match 5-2 to progress to the semi-finals of the European competition 5-3 on aggregate.

The France international scored on the hour mark and had a great game overall against the German club.
West Ham fans were impressed with the performance of Payet and have raved about him on Twitter.
The former Lille star was on the books of the Hammers from the summer of 2015 until January 2017 when he returned to Marseille for a transfer fee reported by The Telegraph to be worth £25 million.
Payet has scored five goals and provided nine assists in 25 Ligue 1 starts for Marseille so far this season, according to WhoScored.
