West Ham have announced on their club website that Slaven Bilic has been sacked as manager. Here’s how Twitter reacted.

West Ham have this morning confirmed the sacking of manager Slaven Bilic on their club website, following a disastrous start to the 2017/18 Premier League season.
The Hammers currently sit 18th in the Premier League after 11 games, with a failure to address the side’s defensive shortcomings that have seen Bilic’s side ship 23 goals so far this term, the most in the league, a key problem.

After avoiding the sack last season, West Ham fans have been divided on the where the future of the Croatian should lie, but after heavy losses to Brighton and Liverpool in the league, it seemed Bilic was living off borrowed time at the helm.
With the London side now in the midst of a potential relegation dogfight, the West Ham board have finally called time on Bilic’s three-year spell in charge, with the former Besiktas boss’ contract terminated with immediate effect.

Here’s how West Ham fans reacted on Twitter.
