West Ham United picked up their first points of the Premier League season as they beat Huddersfield Town.
Pablo Zabaleta
West Ham fans have taken to Twitter in the wake of their victory over Huddersfield Town on Monday night, and many have heaped praise upon the performance of Pablo Zabaleta.
The Hammers went into the clash with the Terriers bottom of the Premier League table, without a point from their opening three games.

But Slaven Bilic’s side put themselves to within touching distance of moving out of the bottom three as a deflected strike from Pedro Obiang and an Andre Ayew tap-in saw West Ham clinch a massive 2-0 win to ease some of the pressure on the manager.
One of the players who arguably put in his best display since arriving at London Stadium was Zabaleta, who, going into the contest, had endured a largely miserable patch of form following his summer switch from Manchester City.

Zabaleta proved that class can be permanent as he shone in the right wing-back role, keeping Huddersfield’s tricky wingers quiet and managing to look a threat going forward.
And his display has received a huge amount of plaudits on social media, with many fans suggesting that he has now proved why the club signed him in the summer, while some have expressed their belief that the 32-year-old was the man of the match.
Here is the best of the reaction…
