Nordtveit left West Ham last summer to join Hoffenheim.

Havard Nordtveit scored for German side Hoffenheim in the Champions League on Tuesday night as they drew 2-2 against Shakhtar Donetsk in Ukraine – and West Ham fans are shocked on Twitter.
The 28-year-old left West Ham last summer after being signed by Slaven Bilic a year earlier from Borussia Monchengladbach, but he failed to show any kind of quality during his time in east London.
The former Arsenal trainee was used at right-back and holding midfielder as well as his more natural position of centre-back, but he simply could not get to grips with pulling on the claret and blue shirt during his 21 appearances.
He left last summer and helped Hoffenheim surpass their expectations by quite some difference, as the German side finished third in the Bundesliga behind Bayern Munich and Schalke.

Nordtveit rose highest to give Hoffenheim a 2-1 lead above Shakhtar goalkeeper Andriy Pyatov, before defending for his life to help Hoffenheim earn a 2-2 draw in Ukraine.
West Ham fans were stunned to learn that their former star had scored in the Champions League group stages, as he struggled to show the Hammers support any kind of quality at the London Stadium.
