West Ham United reportedly want Juventus striker Mario Mandzukic.

West Ham United’s strikeforce isn’t even recognisable from the one that ended last season under Manuel Pellegrini.
Andy Carroll, Lucas Perez, Marko Arnautovic and Javier Hernandez have all moved on, leaving the Hammers to bring in new reinforcements up top.
Despite losing four strikers, they only brought in two as Sebastien Haller and Albian Ajeti arrived from Eintracht Frankfurt and Basel respectively.
West Ham may still look to land one more striker when the transfer window re-opens, and Pellegrini’s first target has been speculated in the media.
The Mirror report that West Ham now want to sign Mario Mandzukic, after he was completely left out of the Juventus squad for their Champions League group stage campaign.
Mandzukic, 33, is a proven striker and veteran presence, but West Ham appear to have moved away from that type of recruitment, instead focusing on the likes of Haller, Ajeti and Pablo Fornals.

Still, some West Ham fans are excited about a potential move for Croatian star Mandzukc, feeling he would be an ‘amazing’ signing and would fit Pellegrini’s setup perfectly.
Others are concerned about Mandzukic’s wages, and feel that they don’t need an ageing striker unless it’s Zlatan Ibrahimovic, but the general consensus is that he would be a fine addition to the squad at the London Stadium.
