Few players in the West Ham United have enjoyed as much of a turnaround as Robert Snodgrass.

Some West Ham fans are already suggesting that Robert Snodgrass could end up winning the Hammer of the Year award as he continues to prove his doubters wrong at the London Stadium.
Snodgrass played a key role in helping the Irons claim a 2-0 win at Fulham on Saturday. The Scotland international broke the deadlock with a stunning goal before Michail Antonio quickly doubled their lead.
Like Manuel Pellegrini’s men – who have now won four games in a row – the 31-year-old is enjoying a fantastic run of form. He also scored in the 3-2 win over Crystal Palace and provided three assists across the two victories before that game.
No West Ham player has provided more assists in the Premier League this season, while Felipe Anderson and Marko Arnautovic are the only two members of Pellegrini’s squad to have had a direct hand in more goals.

It is an incredible turnaround from the winger. For a long time after his £10.2 million move (via BBC Sport) it appeared that he was going to go down as an expensive flop as he struggled to make an impact and spent last season on loan at Aston Villa.
But Pellegrini seems to have transformed Snodgrass, and a number of fans feel that he now has to be considered one of the most important players in the squad at the moment.

Here is how some of the West Ham fans reacted to Snodgrass’ display at Fulham…
