West Ham United winger Jarrod Bowen is impressing this season, and Tottenham Hotspur are now thought to be interested in him.
Bowen was a regular for West Ham last season and has been key to the Hammers making a good start this term too.
Signed from Hull City in January 2020, Bowen has recorded one assist in five Premier League games this term, but already has 12 key passes; for reference, he only notched 29 all last season.
Bowen may be some way off the England setup right now, but Premier League rivals are now queuing up to sign him.
Tottenham’s interest in Bowen
The Independent report that Tottenham Hotspur are ‘circling’ Bowen after his impressive start to the season.
They’re not the only ones; Liverpool and Leicester City are also interested in the 24-year-old.
Tottenham were linked with a number of wingers over the summer, including Wolverhampton Wanderers star Adama Traore.
Bowen isn’t in the same mould. Rather than being about blistering speed, Bowen is tricky and an outstanding presser.
West Ham supporters love Bowen – and rumours of Tottenham being interested won’t go down well.

West Ham fans react to Bowen rumours
Hammers fans believe there is just no way the club would even entertain selling Bowen – especially to Tottenham.
The poor relations between the two clubs have been highlighted, with a firm belief that David Sullivan wouldn’t entertain any Tottenham offers.
Some believe that Bowen just won’t downgrade, noting that Tottenham only have Europa Conference League football.
Others suggested that Tottenham aren’t relevant, and they can’t just steal West Ham players anymore.
