Victor Moses spent the 2015/16 Premier League season on loan at West Ham United from Chelsea.

During Dimitri Payet’s unforgettable 18 months at West Ham United, there was no real debate about who was the most gifted footballer in claret and blue.
But, according to former Hammers manager Slaven Bilic, Payet believed that Victor Moses ran him close for the title of the club’s star man.
“I remember once I spoke to Payet last season. Payet said that Victor, after himself, was the best player that we had,” Bilic told The Standard in 2017.
Moses spent the 2015/16 season on loan at Upton Park from London rivals Chelsea and certainly made a bright start to life under former Croatia coach Bilic. But after suffering a serious hamstring injury that curtailed his progress, the hard-working wide man fell down the pecking order.

And, according to Sky Sports, West Ham turned down the chance to make his loan deal permanent.
But more than two-and-a-half years later, it seems that a number of fans are open for Moses to return. The 27-year-old is expected to leave Chelsea in January after playing just 26 minutes of Premier League football this season with Own Goal Nigeria claiming that Wolves and Crystal Palace are interested.
Though with Ryan Fredericks set to miss a number of months with injury, it seems that some West Ham fans think Moses could be a solid addition at right-back for Manuel Pellegrini.
