West Ham supporters should expect major improvements from Ryan Fredericks as he gains more experience.

West Ham defender Ryan Fredericks has not enjoyed the blistering start to life at the London Stadium he may have wanted, but there is certainly much more to come from him.
The 25-year-old right-back was a huge success in the Championship last season, playing a key role in Fulham’s promotion via the play-offs.
His move to the Hammers on a free transfer was considered an exciting deal by most and he has earned his crack at the top flight.
But life in the Premier League has been difficult for him and his team so far this season, losing their opening four matches to leave them at the foot of the table.
Fredericks has been guilty of some sloppy defending so far this campaign, including at the weekend in the 1-0 defeat at home to Wolves.
The English full-back showed his attacking qualities last season for Fulham with nine assists, but is yet to be directly involved in a West Ham goal and is still finding his feet.

West Ham fans should excuse Fredericks for a fairly slow start and consider that this year his first ever taste of the Premier League.
The speed machine has a lot of traits to be a top full-back at the London Stadium and just needs to sharpen up defensively in Manuel Pellegrini’s side.
He has the perfect mentor in teammate Pablo Zabaleta to help him adjust to the top level and he could be a player that improves immensely a few months down the line with more experience under his belt.
