The West Ham United winger may be ready to take the London Stadium by storm.

West Ham United winger Nathan Holland is a fine young talent, and his under-23 coach Terry Westley could not contain his excitement during an interview with the club’s official website, after the 19-year-old put in another scintillating performance for the second string against Sunderland at the weekend.
Holland is a brilliant winger who looks destined for the Hammers’ first-team sooner rather than later and if he keeps delivering the kind of performances he did against the Black Cats, West Ham manager Slaven Bilic will not be able to ignore him for too much longer.

“The real pick today was Nathan Holland, Westley told whufc.com. “With the ball (he) was so exciting. He went past people, made chances.
“I looked at the end, when he picked the ball up, and the face of the full-back said, ‘Please don’t run at me again’.”
Holland made his debut for West Ham in their EFL Cup third round victory against Bolton Wanderers earlier this month, and he will be hoping to get another run out when the Hammers take on Tottenham Hotspur in the same competition next month.

Whether or not the winger appears in that clash, he appears to have a big future at West Ham and he could be the pick of a very talented bunch of teenagers waiting patiently in the wings.
While some have headed out on loan, Holland continues to fight for his chance at closer quarters, and Westley for one appears to believe he is a star in the making.
