West Ham youngster Nathan Holland is impressing.

West Ham under-23 coach Dmitri Halajko has been speaking glowingly about winger Nathan Holland.
Holland played a key role in West Ham’s win over Middlesbrough on Friday night.
The 21-year-old scored one goal and provided two assists in the victory.
Halajko told West Ham’s official website: “Nathan Holland was outstanding – he was the best player on the pitch.
“I think he’s quite possibly the best left midfielder in the league. He’s in fantastic form. He scored a goal and had a massive part to play in all three other goals, and he’s been doing that all season.”
Holland has been a shining star for West Ham’s academy since joining the club from Everton in 2017.

He has been on the fringes of the first team for over a year, without quite making the breakthrough successfully.
At 21, he needs to make some kind of step forward this season, which may be in the form of a loan move in January.
Right now his form is helping West Ham’s under-23 side, but he should have bigger ambition than to settle for just that this season.
