West Ham youngster starred for the under-23s.

West Ham youngster Xande Silva made an instant name for himself on his debut for the club’s under-23s.
Silva scored a hat-trick for the Hammers in a 3-1 win over Tottenham, after his side had gone behind.
His goals came within a six minute blitz, turning the game on it’s head.
West Ham only signed Xande Silva at the end of the transfer window from Portuguese club Vitoria Guimaraes.
It was the perfect way for the 21-year-old to make a quick introduction.

His performance earned glowing praise from West Ham under-23 coach Liam Manning.
He told the club website: “Xande Silva has done really well. He’s settled in, having been here just over a week now, and his attitude has been terrific.
“He has shown his quality in training, like he has tonight in this game. He’s a very quick, physical player, and he’s settled in quickly with the group.”
Silva has a lot to live up to after his thrilling debut, and will be a marked man in future matches.
With Toni Martinez sent out on loan to Spain once again, West Ham need a young forward to step up at under-23 level, and fans could soon be clamouring for Silva to get a first team chance if he continues the form he showed last night.
