West Ham co-owner David Gold is happy with the club’s start to the season.

West Ham co-owner David Gold is feeling satisfied with the club’s start to the season.
He sent a message out on Twitter this morning expressing his delight at the club’s place in the table after four games.
West Ham have bounced back from their opening game defeat.
Gold was keen to point out a couple of the high profile teams West Ham are ahead of.
West Ham lost 5-0 on opening day to Manchester City. Since then Manuel Pellegrini’s side are unbeaten.
Including the Carabao Cup win over Newport, West Ham have won three games in a row.
The international break is perhaps coming at a bad time for them.
Next up is an away trip, and then a home game against Manchester United.
