West Ham United suffered another huge setback yesterday.
Hammers co-chairman David Sullivan expressed his disappointment at last night’s humiliating 5-0 defeat to Manchester City in the FA Cup at the Olympic Stadium, when writing his column for the club’s official website, and admitted he is struggling to understand his side’s recent run of poor form.
Slaven Bilic must be at an absolute loss as to what is going on at West Ham at the moment, and he cut a forlorn figure in his post-match press conference.

Many of his star men quite simply have not turned up this year, none more so then Dimitri Payet, who looks like a 16-year-old schoolboy who has been told that he has to play with the year below.
And Sullivan explained his bemusement at the current happenings at West Ham, when writing his column for WHUFC.com, highlighting how the Hammers’ poor start to the season is particularly perplexing, considering that they did not sell any of their star players during the summer:

“We haven’t lost any key or influential players since last season, which was one to remember, so we are all currently struggling to understand why the team is under-performing at this moment in time.”
West Ham now face games against Crystal Palace and Middlesbrough respectively, which could prove to define their season, in one way or another.
