West Ham United have an interest in Hakim Ziyech as David Moyes considers deals before the transfer deadline.
That’s according to transfer insider Dean Jones, who has been speaking to Give Me Sport about West Ham’s transfer business.
Jones suggests that an attacking players is still wanted at West Ham before the window slams shut.
Lorient striker Terem Moffi has been a prime target whilst Roma ace Nicolo Zaniolo has even been linked.
West Ham did bring in Danny Ings but an almost immediate injury means Moyes is still seeking a versatile attacking threat.
Ziyech is considered to be a target for West Ham and a deal is being explored ahead of the deadline on Tuesday.

Hakim Ziyech a surprise target for West Ham
We can certainly understand why Premier League clubs like West Ham are interested in signing Ziyech.
The Moroccan ace possesses plenty of quality, especially from set plays, and that’s something Moyes will value highly.
There’s a reason why Chelsea paid £33million to sign Ziyech from Ajax back in 2020, although finding his best form in West London has been tricky.
Sky Italy reporter Gianluca Di Marzio claimed last week that Chelsea not only want £17.5million for Ziyech – around half their outlay.
That deal may well appeal to West Ham but this would be a surprise deal.
Ziyech would ideally play as a number 10 or in from the right flank where he can create on his left foot.
West Ham paid big money for a number 10 over the summer as Lucas Paqueta arrived, whilst Jarrod Bowen is a vital player on the right flank.
There just doesn’t seem to be a clear role for Ziyech at West Ham, even if he can provide creativity in the final third.
Hailed as ‘incredible’ by Morocco boss Walid Regragui, Ziyech needs a move away from Chelsea but we would be surprised to see West Ham as his destination.
