West Ham United’s results have improved recently.
West Ham United’s recent form improved slightly. They lost to Everton at the weekend but prior to that had won three games on the bounce against Crystal Palace, Sunderland and Chelsea.
Everton played well in the game and West Ham will be hoping to get back to winning ways against Stoke City in the Premier League this weekend.

One reason for the improvement in form has been the change in formation from Slaven Bilic. He has adopted a system with wing-backs recently and it has seen the likes of Pedro Obiang and Edimilson Fernandes get into the starting XI.
The change in tactics and the performances of the newly re-introduced personnel has certainly impressed the Hammers captain.
Speaking to the West Ham official website Mark Noble praised the performances of the pair in recent games and theimpact the formation change has made:

“Slaven has changed the system in recent games and I am really enjoying it.
“Changing to three at the back and players like Pedro and Edimilson coming into the team has been a major bonus and the teams looks better for it.
“We look a lot more solid and it has given us the foundation to go on and win games.”

Obiang has put in his best string of form for West Ham since arriving at the club. Meanwhile Fernandes, a talented young Swiss star, has shown that wing-back is a position he can play for the club.
