West Ham United are interested in finding out just how much it would take to bring Juventus midfielder Aaron Ramsey to East London.
Eurosport claim that West Ham are indeed interested in signing Ramsey during the upcoming January transfer window.
West Ham now want to find out just how much a deal would cost – with wages likely to be the major concern.
Whilst Ramsey first signed a deal worth a staggering £400,000-a-week in 2019, Calciomercato claim his current wages are more like £165,000-a-week.
That would still make him West Ham’s highest earner, meaning David Moyes and co may hope for a pay cut.
Juventus are willing to let Ramsey go on the cheap just to get him off their wage book, but West Ham aren’t alone in the race.

Arsenal, Everton and Newcastle United are also thought to be interested in Ramsey.
Arsenal will be the major threat, given that Ramsey has an emotional pull to the Gunners after spending 11 years with the club already.
West Ham do have more spending power following Daniel Kretinsky’s investment, with Moyes now maybe hoping to rejuvenate Ramsey just as he did with Lingard.
